I ordered online after watching infomercial, I selected the basic workout disks with 3 payments, Every screen offered an add on that cost money and I declined each one.When I got to final page, my credit card had been processed and they had me purchasing all the items i declined which added up to $143.

I called to cancel and they told me they couldn't because order was already processed (i.e. 1 hour after I ordered). Said I would have to refuse shipment and wait to return to be credited. I took no chances and spent $12 to return with a signed confirmation.

THis all started 4 weeks ago and I still haven't seen credit applied to my card. I will never respond to an infomercial ever again. I thought it would be better than calling.

There should be a confirmation order page that allows you to edit order or correct for errors.THis is just a sleazy way to get people to buy things they don't want or can afford.
